Did a double at yoga today and fell asleep in final savasana. I was woken up by the next class coming in… my bad, y’all.  Also:  I got a box of cookies from the studio owner for Christmas and promptly got home and devoured them, aka ruined any caloric loss I had achieved today. HOLYCRAPYALLSOGOOD.
